Shipping Days: Products are shipped throughout the week except Sundays and public holidays. We work with reputed courier agencies to make sure that your orders are delivered on time and in good condition.
Courier Partners: For areas where courier services are not available, or if you have ordered liquid items, we will ship your products via India Post’s surface shipping services, either as a business parcel or express parcel. We also partner with Speed Post and India Post Business Parcel for quick delivery, even in remote areas.
Free Shipping: You can avail free shipping on all orders from GardenersClub.in.
Delivery Charges for Multiple Units:
- Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the shipment and the distance from the dispatch location to the delivery area.
- We follow standard norms with our courier partners and calculate charges in slabs of 1 kg. We are providing free shipping till 1 kg.
- If the weight exceeds 1 kg, the cost increases automatically, up to 3 kg. Shipments weighing more than 3 kg will be shipped via DTDC or FedEx surface services.
Order Processing & Delivery Times:
- All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days, or according to the delivery date specified when you place your order.
- Most orders are delivered within 7-8 working days from the date of order placement. For remote locations, India Post will deliver your order within 8-10 working days.
- Certain bulkier products may take longer (7-8 days or more), but we will notify you in such cases.
Tracking Your Order: You can easily track your order through the “My Account” section of our website. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking ID via email, which you can use to check the status of your shipment.
Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Once the shipping process begins, cancellation is no longer possible. Shipping details are updated by the end of each day.
