Refund and Cancellation Policy for GardenersClub.in
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation Requests:
- Any cancellation of an order must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time to be eligible for a refund.
- No refunds will be issued once the 48-hour delivery window begins.
- For courier orders, cancellation is not possible once the product has been dispatched.
- How to Cancel:
- To cancel an order, please send an email with the subject line “Cancellation Request” to pradipmistry514@gmail.com, including the following details:

Replacement Policy:
- Eligibility for Replacement:
- Replacement will be provided under the following conditions:
- The order was canceled before dispatch.
- The order was not delivered to the recipient (excludes cases of an uncontactable recipient).
- If there is a complaint regarding the quality of the delivered product, we will investigate. If the complaint is verified, you will receive a full refund or a replacement.
Refund Policy:
- Conditions for Refund:
- Refunds may be requested in cases of service failure. Our team will assess whether the order qualifies for a refund, and the management’s decision will be final.
- Refund amounts will not exceed the amount paid by the customer. We are not liable for any loss or claims beyond the amount actually paid.
- Refund Timings:
- It will take 3 working days to process your refund and credit the same within the next 2 days.
- Cancellation Fee:
- A 5% cancellation charge will apply to all refunds.
- Non-refundable Amounts:
- Discounted or exempted amounts are not eligible for refund.
- Any additional amounts credited to your GardenersClub.in account may be used for future orders but will not be refundable.
General Terms:
- In all matters concerning cancellation and refunds, the decision of GardenersClub.in shall be final.
- GardenersClub.in reserves the right to amend this refund and cancellation policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or announced on the website.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds:
- For COD orders, refunds will be issued as points in your GardenersClub.in wallet, either fully or partially, depending on the situation.
- Refunds will only be processed if the order is canceled after delivery and payment has been received by us.
